Hi! I’m Ashley.
I serve the world-body today as a holistic transpersonal therapist, and a psychedelic integration facilitator, as a co-journeyer for BUFO, and LIFE/DEATH. I also offer sacred group/family ceremonies, and co-facilitate private retreats.
My work is in integrating parts-of-self. How do we get there? Practice; visiting parts-of-self we have left hidden, whether that is due to trauma, or trying to maintain safety in your life. Integrating these aspects of self to become whole again is the space we want to be. Whole, safe, and intimate with what life has to offer us.
Disconnection from SELF is hard for anyone, for some reason I am good at helping you get back the intimacy with SELF. Come home.
My approach is solution-based, deep-dive, mirror-holding accountability. I love this work. We are humans, being humans, humans being. Thank you for choosing me to work with you. We are journeying together.
Please reach me through the Integration Page, contact form at the bottom. Most people are refered to me from someone I’ve worked with in the past. I am open to working with all types of people, problems in different places. It’s a blessing and a curse to be afraid of very little. If you need help bridging a relationship or even burning one down, I am here for it!
In 2003 a college sophomore, I experienced a life-changing and life-affirming understanding of what consciousness was for me. I took a massive dose of Psilocybe Cubensis (aka: purple ringers in Florida) mushrooms. This experience found me. Walking away from this experience with a renewed clarity on acceptance and the inherent goodness real life could be if I chose to Trust, I also chose to change my education tract from pre-law to creative expression, wow!
From 2009 - 2016 I dove into Kundalini Yoga, experiencing firsthand the neuro-synaptic benefits of mind over matter. Also became a mother during this time.
Healing my body traumas through a kundalini awakening in 2017. Began a Tantric yoga practice and began teaching others to heal themselves through breath and yoga therapy.
In 2016 I work with Grandmother Ayahuasca further deepening my inner-standing of the Kundalini and using this plant medicine to dive deeper into my subconscious. This experience found me. Its an awesome story, ask me to share it.
Also in 2017 enrolled in a master’s program for counseling psychology, with an emphasis in Transpersonal Psychology. Here is where I cut my teeth in somatic-based therapies, integrating parts of self and embodiment.
2018 I committed to my Shamanic Reiki practice, helping others access their inner healing power. During this time I began relationship coaching and healing.
2020 Began working with Kambo, where I was offered Bufo during one of my intensives with Kambo. Bufo sealed the deal and completely enveloped me into a level of acceptance for my life and all the work/things/love I have experienced up to that point in my life. Since Bufo I have devoted my life to being PRESENT and ACCOUNTABLE and intentionality for living my life with REVERENCE. This experience found me.
2021 I am now facilitating Bufo a safe space for building intimacy with Self, others, and Spirit. I do this through co-journeying therapy, Kambo, Bufo, Reiki, mindfulness-based stress reduction, kundalini yoga, gong sound therapy, and meditation.
2023 I now offer professional integration services, coaching, private therapeutic medicine experiences, give talks on presence and the structure and function of the body, deep shadow and trauma therapy. Currently in Fort Worth Texas with my two dogs, daughter, growing things in my spare time and enjoying the seasons.
A Little More about Transpersonal Psychology:
Transpersonal Psychology is also known as spiritual psychology. They both aim to reclaim our true selves; the authentic self; the part of you which remains after all the changes in your life. This field of psychology integrates the spiritual and transcendent aspects of personal reality. Transpersonal psychology is also an attempt to understand non-ordinary states of consciousness and different views of reality.
People often experience “awakening” moments throughout their lives, these moments expand on what our current culture deems as normal. In fact, the idea of a normal state of being is inherently limiting to humans!
Spiritual psychology allows for the transcendent, sometimes meditation isn’t enough. Sometimes the experience (insert any life experience here) needs a little support to help integrate it into the body.
